First I would like to Think the fine group of young ladies and men at Performance diesel Thanks!! OK my truck had blown head gasket. This group checked out my truck found other issues also. Knew about the oil pan gaskets and brakes felt soft since I purchased the truck. They fixed everything. Now my truck runs strong and handles great. Oh did I mention also got front end alignment. Highly recommend Performance diesel for all vehicles repairs. 2015 GMC Sierra 2500Hd duramax 6.6. My whole experience out of the five stars honestly I'll give Performance diesel a 10 stars....great work from beginning to end!!

Well its hard to find a shop that you can actually trust especially with a Diesel but I'm sure glad I found these guys. Friday morning the D.P.F on my 2017 F250 6.7 started getting clogged. Since I use my truck for hotshot finding a reliable establishment for repairs is a big game of chance and most times it hasn't gone well. But this weekend my luck changed and I believe I have found my go to place here in NC. They worked on my truck over the weekend so that it would be ready by Monday afternoon. They even made room for me to drop my 50ft gooseneck carhauler while they fixed my truck. And since I didn't have a lock for the trailer they parked a couple of vehicles to keep it from being stolen. They told me what my truck needed and how much it would be and for the first time in along time the price stayed the same. They didn't try to upsell me or try and push any extra parts. The fact that they had in stock everything that my truck needed was truly amazing every shop I called said they could do it but it would be 2-3 days waiting for parts. They even washed my truck once they completed all the work. That was a first for me usually shops dont care and they give you back the veh

I had a lift kit, new tires, and several other repairs done here, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The mechanic was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The truck rides and handles great now, and the quality of the work really shows. Communication was excellent throughout the process, pricing was fair, and they treated my truck like it was their own. It’s hard to find a diesel mechanic you can truly trust, but these guys definitely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend to anyone needing diesel work, suspension upgrades, tires, or general repairs.

Last weekend, I came to this garage for a quick oil change and inspection for my truck. Upon entering the garage, I was met with politeness and straightforward details regarding what oil and filters they recommend for the oil change of my year, make, and model of truck. The atmosphere of the shop was quiet and calm, with complimentary water and coffee as I waited for my truck. When my truck was ready, the mechanic advised me about common issues with my truck, but did not pressure me into doing unnecessary work and instead gave advice and simple fixes for how to avoid the common issues. The pricing was fair and the service was great. I highly recommend if you live in the greater charlotte area and own a heavy duty pickup truck, you will not regret doing your service here.
